Fredrik Falck, founder of Human Rewardsâ„¢, has worked within HR since 1998 in listed and family owned industrial groups
Fredrik is experienced from all the processes of the HR lifecycle. Since 2001 the focus has been rewards, employment law and labor relations.
He has a broad experience from trade union negotiations on all levels and is well recognised for his skill set. During the last eleven years, Fredrik has been managing teams of senior specialists in his field of expertise, where he continuously has transformed the agenda of the team’s deliverables from operationally focused to business relevant.
Fredrik holds a Master of Social Science (major in Social Psychology) from Lund University (1995).
